  • How do I get there?
    Naas Racecourse, Tipper Road, Tipper West, Naas, Co Kildare is located just off exit 9 on the N7. (Link to map)

  • How much are tickets?
    Tickets are €30 plus booking fee of €2.90
    Each ticket admits 1 car to 1 movie screening

  • Why is there a booking fee?
    There are charges passed on to us by the bank for their services to process credit/debit card transactions, also for the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software and all other costs associated for our ticketing system. Please note he booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstance including event cancellation

 

  • How many people can attend per ticket?
    Tickets are valid for 1 vehicle and its passengers, according to max seats in the particular vehicle - guests must comply with the Irish Road Traffic Act with each attendee having a proper seat with seatbelt e.g. driver plus 4 guests in a standard 5-seater vehicle, this can vary with larger people carriers, there is a maximum of 7 guests allowed in any vehicle.
     

  • What is the max car size?
    Commercial Vans, camper vans, trucks, mini busses or coaches are not permitted and will be refused entry to site. If you are driving a 4x4 or large 7-seater people carrier style vehicle, you may be asked to park in spaces allocated for larger vehicles
     

  • Can I cancel my booking?
    Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable unless the event must be cancelled or postponed.
     

  • What safety measures have been put in place in relation to Covid-19? 

    • Our mission is to provide social-distancing friendly entertainment to the local community

    • We are committed to providing a safe environment for our staff and customers

    • Fully compliant with all government restrictions and guidelines

    • Contactless experience - arrive in your car, stay in your car and leave in your car

    • Tickets scanned via car window - card only

    • Toilets available for emergencies, fully sanitised throughout the day

    • Please only attend with those that you live with, and within your travel radius

    • We encourage our guests to stay at home if they are feeling unwell

 

  • What if government restrictions change and I cannot attend the event or the event cannot go ahead?
    We will continue to monitor the evolving situation regarding covid-19. Should your booking be affected by new restrictions and protocols, we will do our very best to assist in rescheduling where possible and appropriate. Management will offer refunds beyond our normal T&C’s if new government protocols in your district, or our district require it. Please note that only ticket prices will be refunded, any booking fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstance as they are paid to 3rd parties for the payment processing and ticketing service.
     

  • How are tickets checked?
    You must bring your booking confirmation / eTicket with you on the day of your event. Preferably on mobile, or printed if necessary. You will present the barcode on your ticket to our staff on entry via your car window for contactless scanning - our staff will not handle the tickets or your mobile device

 

  • Will there be toilets available?
    Toilets will be available on site but we encourage you to only use them in emergencies as we try to reduce any unnecessary contact. Toilets will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised throughout the day. If possible, please use the toilets before or after the movie so other guests are not disturbed.
     

  • Will there be food & drink available?
    Yes - more details to come on this!
     

  • What payment methods are accepted on site?
    We can only accept card onsite - please use contactless instead of chip & pin where possible
     

  • I haven’t received my ticket by email?
    Please email us at tickets@starlitedriveincinema.ie
     

  • What if I’m feeling unwell and can’t attend?
    Please do not attend if you, or a member of your family are feeling unwell. Please contact us at tickets@starlitedriveincinema.ie to arrange to reschedule your booking to another movie at a later date
     

  • Are dogs allowed?
    Yes dogs are allowed once they stay in your vehicle
     

  • Will there be assistance available for disabled or visually impaired guests?
    Priority parking can be arranged for disabled or visually impaired guests - please notify a member of staff on arrival or contact us in advance, we can organise parking near the exit in case you need to leave early
